The villa comprises 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 spacious lounges. The 'great room' is a large light room comfortably furnished with 2 sumptuous settees, cable TV, DVD player and PS2 for your enjoyment. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning on those warmer Floridian days. For dining options you have a breakfast nook, breakfast bar, a formal dining room and for the “alfresco” an oversized L shaped lanai with table and chairs. Your fully equipped kitchen has all you need whether you wish to prepare a banquet or just a snack. The laundry room has a large capacity washing machine and drier. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The great room, family room and master bedroom all have patio doors to the heated 26'x13' pool and spa, the ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks or on the golf course.
The sparkling pool with oversize decking, is southwest facing, capturing day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets.
